Delivery and Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you do decide you want to return it, or if it arrived damaged / defective, here’s what to do:

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your product(s). 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To arrange a return:

Please email giving details for the return.  We will then arrange for the parcel to be collected free of charge.  Please note, You will be required to repack and seal the artwork into its original packaging, and be available for a courier to collect.   

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account as soon as possible.
