Our latest garden makeover took us to the stunning village of Burley in Wharfedale, where we were tasked with giving a tired garden a complete makeover—and the results speak for themselves! G4H Lawns
The Brief: Simplicity, Space and Pet-Friendly
The customer came to us with a clear vision:
- A low-maintenance garden that would stay looking great all year
- A safe and clean area for the family dog to enjoy
- A modern, tidy look to replace the existing shrubs and paving
The garden had become a little difficult to manage. The combination of old paving stones and scattered vegetation was not only high-maintenance but also didn’t offer the open, usable space the family wanted.
The Plan: Clean Slate, Clean Lines
We began by clearing out everything that wasn’t needed—unwanted shrubs, paving stones, and any clutter that was taking away from the garden’s potential.
Then, we levelled the ground and prepared a solid sub-base to ensure a smooth and long-lasting installation.
On Day 2, it was time for the transformation. We rolled out our high-quality artificial grass, giving the garden an instant refresh. Once the grass was in place, we finished the job with a power brush to lift the pile and add that natural, pristine look we’re known for.
The Result: Effortless Beauty and Everyday Use
In just two days, the garden went from tired and patchy to lush and low-maintenance. The artificial lawn looks stunning and is perfect for both family time and dog play. Best of all, there’s no mowing, no mud, and no fuss.
